KeepMile is the office for a one-truck owner-operator. This is what we touch.

Your email

If you connect Gmail, we ask Google for read-only access. We use it to find rate cons, shop and fuel receipts, broker messages, and factoring payouts, then file them in your account. We cannot send, delete, or change your mail. We do not sell your inbox. Disconnect in More and the connection is deleted. Outlook will work the same way later.

Photos

The camera and photo library are used only when you take or choose a rate con or a receipt. We do not scan your camera roll in the background.

The books

Loads, brokers, shop records, and costs stay in your account. Other drivers cannot see them.

Alerts

If you turn on alerts in the Android or iPhone app, we store a device token so we can tell you a rate con arrived. You can turn alerts off in the phone settings.

Money

Subscriptions run through Stripe. We do not store your card number.

AI

Rate cons and questions you type can be read by the assistant. If that service is not connected, the app still files what it can.
